Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy details the delivery timelines, RTO registration fulfillment, and vehicle handover procedures for electric vehicles purchased through GANGBER EV.

1. Delivery Modes

Customers may choose between an exclusive Showroom Handover Ceremony at our authorized GANGBER EV hubs or Flatbed Doorstep Vehicle Delivery directly to their registered residence.

2. RTO Registration Timeline

Under the Motor Vehicles Act, electric vehicles must be registered with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and fitted with official High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP) prior to road use. RTO registration typically takes 3 to 7 working days following receipt of complete KYC documents.

3. Pre-Delivery Quality Inspection (PDI)

Every electric vehicle undergoes a thorough 42-point quality inspection including battery state-of-charge testing, motor calibration, brake pressure verification, and firmware updates prior to final customer handover.
