Cancellation and Refund Policy

We maintain a transparent and customer-first booking and refund policy for all electric two-wheelers reserved through GANGBER EV.

1. Pre-Registration Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel their vehicle booking at any time prior to the initiation of RTO registration paperwork or tax invoice generation. 100% of the token booking deposit is refunded without penalty.

2. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed electronically to the original source payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business banking days.

3. Invoicing & Registration Policy

Once an electric vehicle has been invoiced and registered with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) in the customer's name, vehicle cancellation or exchange is not permissible under Indian Motor Vehicle regulations.
