These Terms & Conditions govern your access to gangberev.in and the retail services provided by GANGBER EV (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Multi-Brand Platform Operations

GANGBER EV operates as an authorized multi-brand retail platform. All vehicle technical specifications, IDC range certifications, and top speed performance figures are supplied by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

2. Vehicle Book Test Rides & Pricing

Online bookings represent an expression of interest to reserve an EV model. The final on-road price depends on applicable state road taxes, registration fees, 5-year mandatory insurance, and effective central/state EV subsidies on the invoice date.

3. Test Ride Protocols

Riders taking part in test rides must possess a valid Driving License issued by the Government of India and must wear an ISI-approved helmet throughout the test ride session.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
